CONSENT for the use of personal data

By filling this form and clicking on the SEND button I give my consent consent to Croatian Society of Chemical Engineers to collect, store and process my personal data. These personal data may only be used for the administrative purposes of 20^th Ružička Days
I give the above consent voluntarily and by accepting it I confirm that I am aware that I can revoke the consent at any time without any negative consequences. I am also aware that in line with the General Data Protection Regulation and under certain conditions I may use my right to receive a confirmation on the processing, consult, rectify or complete my personal data, object to further or excessive processing, block illegal processing, request deletion of my personal data and receive a copy of my personal data for transfer to another Data Processor.
I confirm that I have been informed by the Personal Data Processor that I can obtain all other information regarding the processing of my personal data by sending an e-mail to hdki-skupovi@hdki.hr.
The consent can be revoke by sending an e-mail to the same address.
At any time, it is possible to oppose the processing of personal data for this purpose and revoke the given consent.
You hereby explicitly state that you are over 18 years of age and you may legally give consent for personal data processing as specified in this statement.
